The rooms are roomy, and there’s a small bar that’s nice to have. Breakfast was amazing, and the staff were friendly. The pool could use a better clean, though it was still fine. Great value for the money.

I'm staying at Mapalo while my husband is admitted in Medland Hospital, and it's been a pleasant experience. The room is lovely and clean, with air conditioning and no loadshedding. The food is delicious, and the staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient. They really go out of their way. Highly recommend.

I won't be coming back. The bar was far too loud, and the cleaning ladies made a lot of noise while cleaning too. A few people in hospitality were okay, but most of the girls were rude and had a bad attitude.

The bar is a nice, relaxed area, and with no DJ, patrons can connect and play the music they choose. The food is always fresh and delicious. Rooms come with coffee and tea, though they could use extra towels in the bathroom.
