The staff made our stay feel special. Kasuko, Annie, Samuel, Brenda, Winfridah, and plenty of others went out of their way for us, and we loved meeting them. The hotel could improve how it handles making change in a cash-based setting and update its key card technology, but those were small issues in an otherwise amazing stay.

We had such a lovely night at Sarovar. I took my husband there for his birthday, and he was blown away by the gorgeous place and top-notch service. The live band by the pool made for a calm, serene atmosphere, and we both had a really fulfilling evening. Thanks to all the staff. We’ll definitely come back. ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️❤️❤️❤️

The views are sensational from this high-rise hotel, and getting around Lusaka is easy with so many places nearby. I enjoyed my stay, the staff were wonderful, and the food was even better. I’d recommend it.

We had a great setting for professional events at Neelkanth Sarovar Premiere. The Access Bank SME Masterclass was well organized there, and the location was convenient. Staff were welcoming, professional, and accommodating, and the meals were very well prepared and enjoyable. It’s a great spot for meetings, networking, and business events. Highly recommended.

The Smokehouse food was amazing, and the atmosphere was great. Most of all, the customer service was top tier. Mr Nyambe looked after us so well on several visits, big shoutout to him.
