The outside is dirty and smells bad, apparently because the apartment holders don’t look after it well. Inside, though, the flats are lovely, spacious, clean, and fully furnished with all the necessities: towels, furniture, kettles, cutlery, bowls, plates, pots, and pans. There’s a backup battery for power cuts, a gas stove for when there’s no electricity, and laundry rooms.
It’s a good place to begin life, especially for singles or new couples. It’s not so great for children, and the landscaping needs work.
