The sunrises and sunsets here are incredible, and the whole place has such a lovely atmosphere. The boat trip from the jetty to the lodge, passing between the ridges, was a treat. The staff made us feel welcome, and the food was mouthwatering. I could happily spend a month out here.
For real peace of mind, this is the place. Kafue dreams has a gorgeous view and excellent facilities, with fresh food and smiling staff who show plenty of hospitality. I’d recommend everyone visit at least once.
Getting there by boat was a first for me at my age, and it made this tucked-away spot feel even more unique. It’s serene and relaxing, well maintained, and the hospitality is superb.
The river cliffs make for beautiful scenery. The dirt road down toward the river is a bit steep, so I’d suggest taking a bigger vehicle.
Such a lovely place, very clean and beautiful. I had an amazing time.
