There was no hot water, and I couldn’t charge my phone because none of the room’s power outlets worked. The Wi-Fi was unreliable or completely down, so getting work done or staying connected wasn’t possible. Service was poor throughout. Staff were unresponsive, requests for fresh towels and room cleaning were delayed or ignored, and it was hard to communicate with the front desk. Missing basic amenities and poor service made the stay frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel until it makes serious improvements. Simple travel.

The bathroom was damaged and badly maintained, which was inconvenient and unsanitary. There was also no hot water, and the unreliable Wi-Fi got in the way of work and communication. I raised these problems with staff, but there was no quick response or apology. The issues seriously affected my stay, and I urge the hotel to address them so future guests don’t face the same problems.

The location is excellent, and customer care was great. Breakfast was okay, though bacon should be added to the menu. The showers still need work. I found hose problems in all three rooms I went into. I complained about this last year, but nothing has been done.

Breakfasts were scrumptious, and the lodge has a beautiful, relaxed setting. My room had an unwanted smell from the thatched roof, though, and the bathroom felt cramped. I’d also have preferred the TV to line up with the bed.
