The restaurant was a regular stop for us during our week here. The food was good and the prices very reasonable. Our room was cleaned daily, and it stayed fresh and comfortable. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff were friendly and welcoming the whole time. We had a wonderful stay and really appreciated the hospitality.

For what I paid, this hotel was great. The location was decent too, with malls and restaurants nearby. Breakfast comes as a buffet, which was a nice bonus. Margaret and the other young woman who cleaned our room on the 3rd floor during our February stay did a superb job every time.

I paid the equivalent of a 5-star hotel for a top-category room, but the experience fell below average. The room amenities didn't work, and the staff were slow and seemed lazy. The food was okay, though the restaurant and bar were poorly maintained and hygiene seemed low. I brought my concerns to the hotel head or GM, but got a very casual response. Lusaka is such a beautiful city, but this hotel stay made it less appealing. I wouldn't recommend it.

The place itself is nice, but now you have to spend a minimum amount to sit by the pool. They warn you about it before you've even had a chance to settle in, which feels discourteous to customers.

This wasn't my first choice for my first trip to Zambia, as an American, but the stay exceeded my expectations. The manager was kind and very helpful, and the friendly staff were dedicated to helping guests. Housekeeping was trustworthy, and the hotel was clean. I was able to eat here without worrying about getting sick. I'd stay again.
