The views in the morning were incredible, and breakfast was superb. After a long drive, the heated pool was just what I needed. We arrived late with the kitchen closed, but the staff found food for us from another place so we could go to bed full. We loved it.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and fine overall. Breakfast was just okay and could use more variety. Filter coffee should be included on the breakfast menu instead of being sold separately to guests. Lunch could be better too.

For a quieter boat ride with fewer people, I’d choose the morning cruise over the afternoon one. We went on a family vacation and enjoyed both the relaxing cruise and the great views of the lake.

The gardens were lovely, and the lake and mountains looked breathtaking at night. The pool area could use better evening lighting, and the pumps seemed to be mostly switched off. Our room also didn’t have drinking glasses.

We spent a few hours by the pool after lunch, and the food was great and reasonably priced. There was some confusion among staff about whether our kids could use the pool for free since we were paying customers. It took a few conversations to get an answer we were satisfied with. Otherwise, I’d have given five stars.
