It's handy having a modern shopping mall nearby, and the small pool is a nice extra. My room was spacious, the bed was good, and the bathroom was nice. Staff were attentive and professional, and I had a pleasant stay. The restaurant food was solid, though prices were higher than at similar places in Lusaka. If your room faces the street, noise may be a problem.

The room lighting could use improvement, but I found the hotel cozy and peaceful. The staff were courteous and seemed to enjoy their work. I liked the soft sheets and the plenty of nice pillows, and the food was great. A nice three-star hotel.

I stayed just one night and found the customer service good. The pool is small, and there's no gym at the hotel, though apparently one is across the road. The hotel's pickup service isn't free and seemed too expensive to me. At breakfast the dining room got really smoky, and I couldn't tell why.
