That pool is a real highlight! Outside is peaceful and natural, with monkeys around and mostly crickets among the insects. It could work well for a family or colleagues, as long as you’re okay sharing the main house with other guests, basically housemates. My main frustration was the restaurant service: food took three hours, and breakfast didn’t start until after 7:30, so an early start is tough.

It’s tucked into a peaceful, convenient spot, and the location is amazing. A nice choice if you want to get away. They have a great range of food, too.

This place is a long way from everything, almost out in the woods, and the check-in was a terrible experience. Even though we showed proof of payment, they wouldn’t let us stay because of their issue with Expedia. The manager said Expedia hadn’t been sending the hotel money for reservations, but I ended up bearing the cost. After flying all the way from the United States to Zambia, I had to cancel at check-in. If you need convenience and professionalism, I wouldn’t choose this hotel.

The premises were wonderful, and I had a great experience.

The hotel is close to the airport, though it’s a long way from malls and the main part of town. I booked a single suite, but it fell short of what I expected. The TV picture was mostly static and hard to make out. The bathroom was stained, especially the tub, and there were no towels or soap when I arrived, with barely any toilet paper.
