Kansanshi Hotel

Really enjoyed my stay. The food was good, the service left me very satisfied, and the accommodation was top-notch.

During my several weeks in Solwezi for business, I was fortunate to stay at the Kansanshi Hotel. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. First class accommodation and service. I highly recommend it.

I've stayed here twice, and both times the owner and staff have impressed me with how they handle every request or concern. The owner listens to feedback and acts on it quickly. She's responsive, available, and solution oriented, with an answer for every query and a way to sort out every problem I've brought up. The grounds are clean and beautiful, the food is good, and the location is central. They also have a great power backup setup. Today, I asked for a fan, even though they didn't have one on hand, and in less than an hour the owner arrived with one and set it up in my room. If you're in Solwezi, give this place a try. The customer service is excellent.

The reception staff seemed indifferent when I arrived. My room smelled very bad and was dirty, and water leaking from the air conditioning had left mold outside.
