The room was nice and the staff were friendly, but they could do better with clean bed linen. There were hairs on the pillows.

We came to Bulawayo with our kids for a Junior National Swimming Gala. The family room worked well, with separate beds for the children, and the staff were helpful. They cleaned the rooms daily and changed our towels. We had to leave early to get my daughter to the pool, so they prepared a packed breakfast, which we really appreciated. We were staying in town, just a few minutes from Bulawayo Municipality Pool, which was so clean. A great budget hotel option.

Back at Zacks this week after about four years, and the quality is top notch. The rooms were clean and well appointed, the shower was great, and breakfast was good. I'll definitely be back. Thank you.

It's a nice, clean place and generally fine for a night, but I was put in room 1 near a lot of activity. The noise from people moving around kept me awake until very late. To make it worse, my room was right by the kitchen. I would've enjoyed the stay if I'd been given a room away from all that activity.
