The breakfast was great, and Hailey and her staff made our time in Harare a pleasure. They helped with laundry, transport, and anything else we needed. Our room was clean and had a nice veranda, and the lounge/bar was nicely decorated with a lovely atmosphere. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The host made us feel at home from the moment we arrived, taking care of every detail and making the stay comfortable and relaxing. The property has lovely gardens and tasteful design, with a peaceful, welcoming feel. A beautiful place to stay in Harare, and highly recommended.

The rooms are spacious, the staff are lovely, and breakfast is delicious. I slept really well in the super comfortable bed, and the shower was great too. Grosvenor lodge is a great place to stay in Harare. Definitely recommend it, 5 stars!

I stayed at Grosvenor House on a business trip and was impressed by how quiet and comfortable it felt. The peaceful garden and modern, stylish interiors make this boutique guesthouse feel more like a luxurious home than a hotel. It's in leafy Highlands, a quick drive to Borrowdale or the CBD, but far enough away to be properly quiet. I would absolutely stay again, for work, a quiet weekend, or hosting clients. It's my go-to in Harare now. Hayley and her team were warm and attentive without hovering. The personal welcome felt more like family than a hotel check-in, housekeeping was consistent each day, and the front desk helped with local advice and arrangements. Security felt strong without being overbearing, with an electric fence, gate remote, and staff on site 24/7. Parking was secure and plentiful. Fast, reliable Wi-Fi, plus solar, a generator, and a borehole meant no disruptions, a big plus in Zim. My garden-facing room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and tastefully decorated. It had a private patio that was lovely for morning coffee or some quiet time. Water pressure was good, and blackout curtains, comfortable bedding, and strong Wi-Fi made it easy to work and rest. There was satellite TV, a hairdryer, and an in-room tea/coffee station too. Breakfast was excellent, a hot, fresh full English. Light lunches and evening meals are available on request. I liked the trust-based honesty bar for drinks. We had a braai by the pool one evening, which felt like eating at a private lodge. The beautiful garden and outdoor pool were great for relaxing or catching up with colleagues. There's no gym or spa, and it would be nice to have light spa or massage services by appointment. Evening meals need to be booked ahead, so an in-room dinner menu would help. It would suit business travellers, couples, solo visitors, long weekend stays, and small events like weddings, pre-wedding preparations, or photoshoots. Sam Levy’s Village is 5 mins away, Harare CBD is 10 mins, and Borrowdale Brooke Golf Course is 8 mins. There are also art galleries and good restaurants nearby.
