The breakfast was really good, and they can make food to suit your requests. I also enjoyed dinner and think it’s worth trying. The Berkshire B&B is a quiet, comfortable place near Emerald hill, set back from the main road so traffic noise isn’t much of an issue. The owner and management staff were lovely and always available when we needed help, making sure we were comfortable.

I appreciated how clean and carefully maintained everything was. The hosts and staff are friendly and quick to help, and breakfast was well prepared and nicely balanced. Berkshire Lodge is peaceful, with water and power reliably available despite the challenges those basics can pose in Harare.

Everything was in good shape, and the rooms were nice and the surroundings clean. The staff were friendly and efficient too. I really loved staying here, it’s an amazing place.

The booking had been made two years earlier for my sister’s wedding, but Covid forced it to be postponed. Miriam still honored it this year, and our guests had a great time. The place felt secure, the staff were attentive, the rooms were great, and breakfast was amazing. Thanks, Miriam and The Berkshire Lodge. Get in touch with them if you have family visiting for the holidays.

Quiet, private, and secure, with clean, smart rooms and a good breakfast. The staff were amazing too. We had a wonderful stay at The Berkshire B & B. Thanks to Marriam and the team for such great hospitality.
