It felt homely and the place itself is very nice, but the service needs work. I booked self-catering and didn't expect to share the kitchen with the maid, who would come and use the stove to boil things whenever she pleased. I also had to ask her to clean, otherwise she'd leave things as they were. The gentleman was very helpful and polite, and would ask nicely even when he wanted to use the stove. The woman who was there during my second week was lazy and, to be honest, couldn't be trusted. They also need soap dispensers in the showers.

The rooms are nice, the service is courteous, and the views are awesome. A few things need attention, though. There's nowhere in the bathroom to put soap, and the shower tap gives you a shock when you're wet, which is pretty much unavoidable in a shower. It might be an electrical fault.

Thank you, Christel and team, for making my party memorable. Premier offers the best service, and I encourage Zimbabweans and visitors from abroad looking for a hotel to visit. It's a great place to spend the day or night.

A really nice place to stay, with affordable rates, clean and modern simple rooms, free Wi-Fi, and helpful staff. I'd highly recommend it.
