I arrived Saturday at 1:30pm, but nobody came to open the gate. We knocked, rang the bell, and called the number six times with no answer. There was no response at all. Later, a lady called back and said she was 7 mins away, so we drove off. If you go out several times a day, you don't want to have to fight just to get in. It's ridiculous to advertise 24/7 when the service isn't there. Whatever the excuse, it says a lot about staff attendance. A zero from me. I do NOT recommend this place if you want professional service and efficient time management.
