I stayed at your hotel for two days, and we weren’t given a key to the room at any point. Whenever we went out and came back, we had to ask reception to let us in because we were told the key card system wasn’t working. It was extremely inconvenient and left me concerned about our privacy and security. We later found that some of our personal belongings were missing, though we only realized after leaving, so we couldn’t raise it in person. The experience was very disappointing and unprofessional. I hope action is taken to prevent this happening to future guests.

Getting around from here was easy, with lots of places nearby. The property was very clean, and the staff were ready to help.

I stayed for quite a while and really enjoyed it. The room was comfortable and reasonably priced, and I felt safe there. Staff were friendly and helpful, housekeeping was excellent, and breakfast was a lovely way to start the day. It’s also well placed for exploring the city.

Customer service was very good. The rooms were okay, though some didn't have a fridge.

The breakfast arrangements were confusing: although this is advertised as a bed and breakfast, breakfast still costs extra. Some rooms could also use refurbishing. We had to pass through a broken gate, and it took a few hours to get it repaired.
