Malcolm Lodge

Awesome people and an awesome place! If I can't get a room there, I'll cancel my trip.

I only got a short visit, arriving in the early evening and leaving early the next morning, so a longer stay might change my rating. But for Harare, everything I experienced was five star. The room was big, the pillows and bedding were nice, and the walk-in shower was properly sized. There was tea and coffee available 24 hours a day.

We stayed at Malcolm Lodge for a business trip from 7 to 12 March and couldn't have felt more at home. It's a great place for business, a short stop on a long trip, or a final destination in Harare. There's lots of space, so you never feel caged in, and the rooms are spacious and feel like home. You never see anyone come in, but blink twice and the bed's made, your washing has been taken, and there's a plate of delicious food waiting for you. Malcolm and Paulette are fantastic hosts. They give you space while keeping you entertained so naturally, and leaving was a bit sad. We loved the evening dinner chats, laughs, and stories. You guys are great, and we're coming back! :)

We came as a large group, and the hosts were very accommodating. It’s a great place with wonderful people. I’d stay again if I get the chance, and I’ve already suggested to the trip organizers that they use it again.
