The team were friendly, thoughtful and helpful from the gate guard right through to the manager. I really enjoyed our stay. The room had tasteful, distinctive decor, and the lobby was stunning. It was so peaceful among all that greenery, and felt like a retreat despite being only about 15mins from Sam Levy’s. The event hosting was really nice too, and the menu was well priced, with fresh, wholesome food.

A quiet part of town makes this a good place to work and relax. The food and service were good, and the staff were amazing and friendly. The rooms are a bit small, but suit a business traveler well.

The staff were amazing, but the boutique was understaffed. At Sunshine City, some rooms had flooded bathrooms during my stay because of plumbing problems. There are a few things to improve: the internet, adding trash cans to rooms, and getting the TVs working with subscription entertainment.

We felt welcome, and the setting made it easy to celebrate Mother's Day with my in-laws. We had a private chef and ate outside by the water fountain, which was absolutely beautiful. Later, once it was cooler, we had a party indoors. The rooms are top notch, with several options at affordable prices and good value. Ask Shamiso to show you around when you arrive. The owners were friendly and welcoming too, and we happened to meet them while looking around. Customer service was very good compared with other places I've visited. The experience was amazing for all of us, and I've since referred people to Sterling Boutique. I'll go back every holiday when I visit Zim. I don't have photos on my phone that do the place justice, and although I have videos, it wouldn't let me upload them.

The lush green gardens are lovely for intimate family get-togethers or picnics, and the ambience is so serene. For a home away from home, visit Sterling Boutique. I'd give it 6/5.
