After many nights on the road, Bhejane Lodge was a perfect place to rest, and excellent value for money. As a long-distance motorcycle traveler, I value comfort, safety, and professional service, and it delivered. The welcome felt warm and genuine, check-in was quick, and my spotless room had air conditioning, a ceiling fan, comfortable beds, a fridge, safe, and tea and coffee facilities. The lush garden is beautifully kept and peaceful, and the bar has a relaxed feel after a day exploring Victoria Falls. The property felt very safe, and the staff were kind, reliable, and always on time. Waterfalls Lodge, with its nice bar and restaurant, is just a few steps away and a great place to hang out. Highly recommended.

The housekeeping team deserves a special mention. The rooms were spotless, well maintained, and truly excellent. Breakfast was below expectations and needs more variety, especially fresh fruit and fruit bowls. Customer service also needs serious improvement, particularly communication. Reception staff communicated poorly, and we had repeated delays waiting for the gate to be opened.

Great value, and the staff go out of their way to treat you well. The newer hotel is very well maintained, and the pool was a real pleasure on hot days. G.M. Sherlyn met us at the airport and handled all our safari reservations, which made the visit much simpler. Highly recommended.

It’s a quiet, comfortable place, and the staff are exceptionally attentive and friendly. It isn’t close to much, but there’s a shuttle service and taxis are available. I’d come back.
