The pool was a lovely place to unwind, and the staff were so friendly. I also found the room clean and comfortable. Cresta Sprayview is just a short walk from the falls, which made the location fantastic. I loved staying there. Highly recommend it, 6/5 stars.

The morning shuttle was super convenient, and its drivers were really friendly. The food was excellent, too. Staff were helpful, especially at the front desk, where they did a lot to coordinate with excursion companies when schedules needed adjusting.

I had such a good time here. The rooms are lovely and affordable, and the service was fantastic. It's a great place to visit with friends or family.

Our booking had a mix-up when we arrived, with the hotel expecting us on the day we were due to leave. The staff handled it quickly and pleasantly, and everyone continued to be helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with AC and even a turn-down service. Cresta is about a pleasant 15-minute walk from town, or you can take the free shuttle that runs hourly. I'd stay here again.

Service moved very slowly. It took ages for staff to bring the menu, then the drinks arrived in slow stages after we ordered. The food took forever too, coming out a little at a time.
