We visited during low season and had the whole house to ourselves. It would work well for couples traveling together who want the flexibility of a home-like place. The staff were friendly, and the environment was clean. The buildings need some touch-ups, though. Once that's done, it will deserve five stars.

We came as a family for a little business and plenty of relaxation, and chose the self-catering extension. The large house and its big rooms were a pleasure. It's excellent for a group traveling together, though sharing it with strangers might not be so good. The staff show a distinctive Zimbabwean hospitality, and we loved the gardens, green lawns, and huge trees. A little attention to the interior decor would earn my five stars!
