For around 45 USD a night, I thought this was a steal compared with similar places in Vic Falls. It’s basic, but clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood felt very safe. The Falls are a bit far, though still walkable, about half an hour to the entrance for me. Staying here gets you a discount on activities with Shockwave Adventures. They specialise in whitewater rafting, which was amazing and a one-in-a-lifetime experience.

A good, affordable stay in a quieter area. I had my own room, toilet, and shower, though you can sometimes hear kids playing outside. The hostess was really friendly and welcoming. WiFi was the only issue for me, as the connection kept playing up. It’s about a 25-30 minute walk to the main town, and watch out for baboons. Enjoy your stay!

The locals were very friendly, and the neighborhood felt safe. There’s a private room and shower, and the WiFi and AC worked great. It’s a short walk to the supermarket, and a longer one to the Falls if you want to walk there.
