Relaxing here was nearly impossible. The walls are so thin that we heard everything from the neighboring rooms, including children screaming and cartoons playing from 7:00 a.m. Roadwork and traffic could also be heard through the closed windows, while the refrigerator was noisy too. Even thick earplugs didn't block it all. The water was shut off twice during our three days. Wi-Fi was another problem. Messages kept dropping, videos wouldn't play, and the router couldn't cope, so we bought local mobile internet for 2,000 rubles. The beds and rooms were clean, but that's about the only positive thing.

We had to cancel because my wife broke her leg nine days before arrival. The hotel did cancel without charging the 50% penalty listed in its policy, which was considerate. However, it refused to return the 2,200 rubles requested as a confirmation payment, even though that requirement wasn't stated anywhere. Be careful.
