The rooms were clean, the food was excellent, and the hotel had everything we needed, with plenty more nearby. The staff were kind, especially the responsive and sociable women. The excursions arranged through the hotel were colorful and informative and really lifted our mood. We think we'll come back and would recommend the hotel. Thank you very much for the hospitality. This small, cozy hotel made us 200% satisfied during our June 2025 stay 🤗 We were pleasantly surprised to receive early check-in at no extra charge. The rooms were clean and included robes and slippers, which I know isn't standard everywhere in Abkhazia, and pool towels were provided too. Everyone was warm and attentive, from reception to housekeeping. They smiled, said hello whenever we met, and asked how we were doing, which made the place feel like home. There is also a bar, and special thanks go to the bartender Batalu. I recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant atmosphere and a chance to meet interesting new people. ☺️👍
The food was so good that I honestly can't find anything to criticize. The staff were helpful enough to explain everything before we even had to ask, and the hotel itself was wonderful. If someone claims the sea is too far away, don't believe it. Thanks to the entire staff. Vyacheslav.
The reception girls were particularly helpful and always ready to deal with any problem. The rooms were quite decent, each one with a balcony, and the pool was heated. Guests also had free beach loungers and umbrellas, while a respectable breakfast was included in the room price. The waitresses greeted us cheerfully every morning. The air conditioner was quiet, and I would return if I had the chance. My complaints are inexpensive plumbing, no shoehorn, and the usual poor soundproofing from the bathroom pipes that you find in many hotels. Even with those issues, I recommend this hotel for Abkhazia.
We stayed during the May holidays and found the hotel new, small, and very cozy. The lobby on the ground floor was especially impressive. Our room faced the mountains, and the view was stunning. It was also close to the sea, and we visited the nearby dolphinarium, where the animals were adorable. The rooms had everything necessary and were cleaned daily. There is a heated pool, a playground, a games room, and a lobby bar. Breakfast was included, but we ate at the hotel most of the time because other places were more expensive. The food was varied. The hotel is in New Gagra, with lots to explore nearby. The staff were friendly and solved issues quickly. I especially want to mention the receptionist, Natalia, and the cafeteria worker, Vladislava. This is a family-friendly hotel, and I highly recommend it.
