A really friendly place, with small studios and lockers for skis. Its location right in Canillo is very convenient.

The location has some clear advantages. There's a supermarket close by, the ski lifts are about a 10-minute walk away, and the reception team is friendly and happy to explain things. They speak English and French, and Google Translate worked for Russian. The WiFi was strong, the TV could read flash drives, and the elevator worked well in both directions. The apartment had a two-burner touch stove, microwave, very old refrigerator, decent dishwasher, and a large supply of dishes. A dishwasher tablet was provided every day, and each time there was a small packet of shampoo and gel. The room was booked for two, but there was an extra bed in the attic. They said it was intended for a child, although the stairs seemed dangerous at night. It was fine for a friend to sleep there. The ski slopes were well groomed and the passes worked perfectly. We had good weather, with snow and cool temperatures, although strong winds closed the slopes very early for a couple of days. That made it hard to leave from another location, and we had to force our way onto the bus. There is also a pool and skating rink, but unfortunately we couldn't use them. Cleaning was superficial. Sometimes old towels were hung up as if they had been replaced, and there was a lot of dust. Guests are expected to take out the trash. The windows faced the street, and a nearby café sent chimney smoke inside when they were open. We left one day early because there were no cheap return tickets. Booking.com didn't object, but we received no refund. The heated storage area had a strange chemical smell that hurt our eyes. The apartments are okay overall, but these issues should be considered. The managers are attentive to disability related needs and can arrange the bedroom, living room, and kitchen so things are easy to reach. The bathroom includes an adapted toilet, the bathtub has a very large handrail, and I can get my wheelchair under the sink. Even the hairdryer is accessible, which is useful when going outside with wet hair in the cold wind. There is lots of room in the bedroom, with a good wardrobe and storage. The wardrobe by the entrance is also low enough for someone using an armchair. The living room has a bed and a TV with a sofa. There is a small balcony, though a wheelchair can't get outside that way. Up to six people can sleep here, but this needs to be stated when booking. The setting is magnificent and convenient for shopping or taking a walk. I'm disabled, so I asked about accessibility for people with reduced mobility while planning a future stay. I recommend it.

The apartment is spacious, very clean, and has a recently renovated bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable. Service from the staff was excellent too, they were friendly and always available when we had questions. It's a central spot beside the Ice Palace, only a few metres from the cable car and close to restaurants and cafés. There are free service agreements with the Ice Palace, including the swimming pool and ice skating, with professional facilities. The only thing that could be better is the soundproofing in rooms facing the main street.
