Apartamentos Nevada 3000

The service left me rather disappointed. Cleaning had not been done properly, and the dishes in the cupboard were dirty. There was also no mattress protection, while the main bedroom mattress was absolutely horrendous. We booked for four people but were provided with only pillows.

The car park was so tiny that only a bike could fit comfortably. Other cars scratched mine while trying to get in or out, and management didn't care. The apartment also had no kettle, no knives or forks, and no cot for the baby even though one was advertised.

This was a terrible experience, especially because I was traveling with minors and had come from far away. Communication was poor, and they showed no respect for either situation. I was also given only a partial refund instead of the full amount, and I'm still trying to contact you through WhatsApp. An establishment like this can make someone not want to visit Andorra at all. I hope future customers are careful.

The apartment was spotless, everything worked, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Its position directly by the slopes was also ideal. The confusing key-collection email was the main annoyance, since it sent me to another location. Also, be careful with the hot water, a longer shower can leave the next person with only cold water.
