Apartamentos Princesa Park 3000

The sheets were frankly disgusting, as shown in the photos I attached. Inside the building there was no security, people smoked in the rooms, and late at night guests shouted, slammed doors and ran around. We also found no one to assist us, no clear sign for reception, and no information about how anything worked. We ended up helping each other and relying on other guests. It wasn't until the second day that we discovered the slopes could be reached directly from the apartment. I still don't recommend this place.

We couldn't sleep because people were shouting, and there was a constant marijuana smell in the hallways. Reception was never staffed, while we were charged for things at departure that we didn't understand. The service from both the apartments and the staff was terrible, and it didn't feel suitable for families.

The ski-in/ski-out position is the sole positive. The apartment was filthy, with hair left by previous guests, and I couldn't stop coughing because of all the dust. We also arrived to find open garbage bags in the hallways, full of food scraps and other debris. The beds hadn't been made, and the sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable. I will never stay here again or recommend it. Spending a little more for somewhere that has at least been cleaned in the last year would be worth it.

Communication was nonexistent when we needed details about key collection or parking. They even charge €4 per day for Wi-Fi, which is ridiculous. Our €150 deposit was not returned, despite there being no inventory check either on arrival or departure. The apartment clearly hadn't been cleaned, especially judging by the floor, and rubbish from the apartments above had been left on the balcony. The bedding was awful, with a bed base smaller than the mattress, while the broken sofa bed sagged like a sink. We had four terrible nights. Having two bathrooms was the only positive feature of the studio, and it wasn't enough to make up for everything else. When we handed back the keys, nobody even asked whether we were satisfied. I strongly advise against using their services, even if paying a little more elsewhere is necessary.
