The place sounded promising and came with such a great recommendation, which made the outcome especially disappointing. We tried calling three times to book a room but never got through. An online request produced an automatic message saying the booking was being checked, then there was no reply for three days, even after we responded to ask about it. When we went there, nobody was present. Absolute unprofessionalism.

Mónica, the owner, made the stay especially good. She was incredibly attentive, always helping us and giving recommendations. The breakfast she prepared every morning was both generous and delicious. We spent a few days there over Semana Santa and completely disconnected from everyday life. The house is in a perfect spot, with spectacular scenery, routes passing right by the door, and any part of Andorra no more than 10 minutes away by car. A real luxury in both the hotel and the attention. We’ll definitely return.

The location is good, but we thought the accommodation was expensive for what it offered. Breakfast was okay, although fairly basic. The bed was very comfortable, while the pillows were not. Also, the street entrance is extremely narrow and getting a car through is a tight squeeze. The room itself was small.

Olga made it easy to feel at home in the heart of the Pyrenees. She gives recommendations, lends snowshoes and even a shovel for getting the car out of the snow, along with anything else you might need. The house has incredible taste in its decoration, the breakfast was wonderful, and the room was perfect. An excellent mountain place for a few days.

The owner is hospitality and warmth in human form. We’ll be coming back. The rooms are fantastic and maintained with great care, easily 10/10. This idyllic house sits in a small village a 20-minute drive from Andorra, with an incredible short walking trail nearby for switching off. Anything you read about it will still fall short.
