Apartaments Turistics Sant Roma

Very clean apartments and generally decent as well. My only concern is that someone should be available at reception to deal with problems when they come up.

We’ve stayed here several times each year for years, which makes the lack of improvement especially disappointing. The apartments still have very old televisions and no Smart TV. There was also a broken coffee maker, a mini fridge, and plenty of dirt around the bathroom and the dining-room lights. They seem to invest practically nothing in the interiors.

Jose Ramón, the building manager, really makes this place special. He takes great care of guests and their pets, and the apartments are kept in perfect condition, so it feels like being at home. There’s also a restaurant open for long hours, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks, or just offering somewhere to sit with a book or use the internet. Finding these holiday apartments after nearly 20 years of spending summers in Andorra was a lovely surprise. We’ll definitely return.

A wonderful surprise and absolutely spotless. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and it’s ideal for travelling with pets. They’re even allowed in the dining room provided they aren’t noisy. I’d recommend it without hesitation and will certainly come back.
