The apartment was spacious and warm, making it suitable for a longer stay in Andorra. The bathroom was convenient and the water stayed hot. The kitchen had a fridge, kettle, microwave, and coffee machine, plus complimentary coffee capsules and tea. Reception staff were efficient, flexible, and helpful. Reception isn't open around the clock, but there was no curfew, so that didn't bother us. The location is about 15 minutes on foot from Andorra la Vella historic center and just 3 minutes from Caldea Spa. Inside, though, the air felt very dry, almost dusty, as if the apartment had been closed up too long or wasn't aired often enough. The garage costs extra. Although the entrance was wide, the space was tight for our long vehicle. We managed to park, but it took some skill.

A lovely place in a handy spot. The shopping area and the trail head are both just a short walk away.

I would give this hotel 10 out of 10. When Booking.com caused a reservation problem, I called the hotel and they answered perfectly in Spanish. They calmly explained everything, offered solutions, and treated me very well. The service in person was just as good. The gentleman working at night and the two ladies in the morning were excellent. We also had a small parking issue, which they solved even though it was caused by my car and wasn't their responsibility. Their dedication was really appreciated. A smile was always welcome, even if helping us was technically their job. I'll definitely return when I go back to Andorra.

We stayed for the weekend before Christmas and had a great experience. Everyone was fantastic, including the cleaning team. We were a bit late checking out, and they were incredibly helpful. Then a family problem meant we had to leave on Saturday and go home. They refunded the parking and the tourist tax for the day we weren't there. Thank you so much, Apartahotel El Serch!
