Our 4th-floor room had a river view and was especially spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was comfortable as well, with both a shower and a bathtub. Restaurants and shops are very close. Parking costs extra in a building 50 meters away, while the space in front of the entrance can be used for drop-off. I highly recommend this hotel without reservation and would definitely return.

The beds were outstanding, the rooms were extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was great. The hotel is also very conveniently placed, just 2 blocks from the shopping area. The staff were the real highlight. AMARILIS, MONICA and JIMENA were super helpful with getting around the city and with the hotel's service. I can't say enough good things about this group.

The facilities are good, but the customer service was terrible. The receptionist forced us to pay for an additional room for our infants. We definitely won't be returning.

Amy at reception was friendly and helped us with everything we needed, which we especially appreciated. Our room looked out toward the mountain and the river, and the hotel is conveniently near the central alley for shopping. The rooms were clean and breakfast was good. I hope we'll be back.

Customer service was great and I have no complaints. We only stayed a couple nights, but I enjoyed it enough that staying here again would be top of our list when we return to Andorra. Parking is tight. With a bigger vehicle, I'd be worried about driving in and out.
