We chose half board and thought it was worth it. Both meals were really good, with a pleasant selection of hot and cold food. The service staff were consistently nice and accommodating, too.

Cosmos gave us a great stay. The hotel was quiet but still within walking distance, and our room was spacious and clean.

The location was excellent, but the room quality was disappointing. Room 5515 had no kitchen or living room, and one bedroom had no windows. The bathroom's small window looked onto a small closed patio that smelled quite bad. There was no shower curtain, so the floor stayed wet, and the sink had a large scratch. The room was terribly hot and had no air conditioning, which made trying to sleep frustrating.

Helpful, friendly staff and a great hotel for the price. The breakfast wasn't really to my taste, but that's more of a personal preference.

What I liked most was how easy everything felt in winter. Hotel & Aparthotel Cosmos is right in the center of Escaldes-Engordany, near shops, restaurants, and the famous spa centers, so I could walk almost everywhere without staying out in the cold for long. The room was roomy, clean, and comfortable, with a balcony and a pleasant view. Breakfast was tasty and varied, with plenty of fresh choices each morning. The staff were polite and happy to help or suggest things to do in the city. I stayed in January, so I didn't need air conditioning, and the temperature in the room was fine. That might matter more in summer, but it wasn't a problem for me. I booked months ago and only got around to writing this now, but I still remember the stay fondly. I'd happily return to Andorra.
