Aparthotel Iceberg

The location is the strongest point of this aparthotel. The rooms were very clean and equipped with what we needed, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. I would have given five stars, but the bar was meant to be available and during our two-day stay it was open only on the first morning.

This was the worst experience I've ever had. The receptionist, Carlos, told us to make a reservation for 376 to hold a room, and we ended up being robbed. Honestly, I can't recommend this place. Everyone has had terrible experiences there.

The apartment was very clean, with a comfortable bed, a table, two chairs, a television, and free Wi-Fi. It is in a convenient part of Andorra la Vella, close to Caldea, shops, and restaurants. A public car park is directly behind the hotel, costing €24 per day if the car stays put, plus €3 per night. The kitchen is the weak point. It had only a few basic items, two spoons, two forks, two knives, and two plates. The coffee maker was an Italian stovetop espresso maker, which wasn't very practical. I would recommend the hotel, but the kitchen needs more utensils.

The apartment itself is spacious, cosy, and very nice. The inconvenient part was the limited afternoon service and the timings. Check-in starts at 4:00 PM, while check-out is before 11:00 AM. It would have been much better to arrive around 12:00 or 1:00 PM and have lunch there, but that wasn't possible.
