This place was a complete kip. The pool was out of order when we arrived, so we couldn’t use it, and nobody offered a discount. The property wasn’t clean, and they refused to turn up the heating for us. We left, but they still charged us for the next day, when we didn’t stay, as well as for breakfast the following day, which we weren’t going to eat.

The workers were what we liked most, with both reception and dining room staff giving us a very friendly, familiar welcome. After a weekend here, we found the price-quality ratio very good. The rooms are basic but extremely clean. If we come back to Ordino, we’d stay at the same hotel again.

It’s an old hotel, but it has everything you’d expect from a 3-star property. We were very happy with it.
