The clean rooms and friendly staff make this a great-value hotel. It is somewhat noisy because the building is older, but the buffet at both breakfast and dinner has plenty of variety for different tastes. There is a pleasant communal space for groups, and the bar is an absolute bargain.

I wouldn't recommend this place. The staff were very rude, and the rooms were dirty, bare, and had no amenities apart from soap. The walls are incredibly thin as well. It needs to be shut down and renovated. The location is walkable, but that's the only positive I found.

We didn't stay at the hotel, but while visiting Andorra with family we had a wonderful buffet lunch there. Coming from the UK, I thought it was far better than the average buffet back home. My husband especially enjoyed the paella with snails and said the octopus was delicious. We'd highly recommend it.

The location is handy, about ten minutes along the high street from the coach stop to the ski center. Our room was a manageable size for two people on a budget, and the heating and other basics worked. The bathroom sink was massive, but the shower head is positioned badly, so the floor gets wet every time. The buffet repeated a lot of the same food from breakfast through dinner, and much of it tasted extremely salty. Desserts were often repeated too. Most dishes were cold unless you arrived as the doors opened, since the lights under the food were only for display and didn't keep anything warm. The fresh orange juice machine was amazing, though, and there was oats for porridge, although no microwave to prepare it. Breakfast drinks were included, while dinner drinks had to be bought, which may explain the salty food, though that's just a thought. The waitresses were excellent at setting and clearing tables, and the two cleaners were fast, efficient, and friendly. With less salt, proper warming lights, and better shower-head positioning, it would be much better. Still, you get exactly what you pay for.
