Nadya, Milen, and Ivan were so friendly and made a real effort to get to know us. The hotel is in a great spot, only a short walk from the slope. Breakfast and dinner were buffets with a strong selection that changed each day. Our room was cleaned and tidied daily, and we slept well every night. We will definitely come back.

The entry slope is right next to the hotel, and the locker room is very convenient to reach. Our room was warm and comfortable, but the restaurant team really made the stay special. Nadya, Milen and Iran greeted us with a smile at breakfast every day and wished us a good day. In the evenings they remembered us, and they collected our plates as soon as we finished. The reception staff were also consistently welcoming, saying hello whenever we came in. They all made the visit more enjoyable.

Getting to the slopes takes only a few minutes from this perfectly placed hotel. The rooms are a decent size and very warm, while the ground-floor ski locker makes it easy to collect your things and walk straight out to the street at the back. The food was fresh and suited our needs well. Nadya, Milen and Ivan from the morning and evening restaurant teams were especially welcoming. They remembered our drink orders as soon as we came in, which was a lovely touch. I'd recommend it.

The location is very convenient. The Solana chairlift is about 2-3 minutes away in normal shoes from the front entrance, or around 5-8 minutes in ski boots from the rear lockers. A supermarket is within a 30-second walk, a large shopping center is opposite, and there are many restaurants nearby. The transfer bus stop is about five minutes away. Nights can be noisy, especially on Friday and Saturday when drunk young people are making a lot of noise. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had strong water pressure with hot water arriving quickly. The beds, pillows, and sheets were comfortable and appeared clean, and the window blocked outside noise well. The room was a little rough around the edges, with one dead wall socket and exposed wiring by the bathroom light. The hairdryer was useful, although there were no mountain views, which wasn't included in my assessment. Cleaners did a great job, and the dining room, lifts, reception, and ski-locker areas were all clean and functional. The lockers were clean and in good condition, though not heated. They can be opened from outside with the room card, and CCTV provides decent security. All the staff were warm, friendly, and helpful, especially in reception and the restaurant. Food was the main disappointment. Over seven days, we enjoyed dinner only twice out of six nights. Pasta was badly overcooked, vegetables were nearly mush, and very little looked appetising. One night had nice beef slices and another had succulent chicken in sauce. Salad was always available and decent, but there wasn't much variety. We did enjoy the jelly. For the price, the meals weren't worth it, and we ate elsewhere. I would stay again only if it were noticeably cheaper than the other nearby three-star hotels.
