Lodge Park Hotel

I don’t usually write reviews unless a place is terrible, or, like the Spa at Piolets, genuinely great. After skiing, getting into the pool and sauna and having time to relax feels fantastic. The staff make it even better. Paula, David and Marianela are lovely, very dedicated and always smiling, whatever is going on. They’re a pleasure to deal with.

The short walk to the main gondola made every ski day easy, and the location was a major advantage. Our room was also spotless, beautifully designed and very comfortable, with housekeeping standards that were obvious in every detail. Service was excellent everywhere. Reception were warm, professional and happy to help, while the restaurant team provided attentive but relaxed service in a friendly, refined setting. Every meal felt special and we felt genuinely valued. The spa was just as impressive, with beautiful, immaculately maintained facilities and a calm, seamless atmosphere created by the staff. Every member of the team made an effort to look after us, from arrival onwards. Park Piolets Mountain Hotel & Spa delivered a wonderful stay from start to finish. We’d recommend it very highly and would return without hesitation.

The whole team created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with thoughtful service and attention to every detail. Paz deserves a special mention. She was always kind, attentive, smiling, and genuinely caring. People like her make you feel comfortable and make you want to return. Thank you to everyone for such a lovely experience 🤍

The hotel looks clean and pleasant, and the service was generally good. The food was acceptable, although far too expensive, and the rooms are very basic, as shown in the pictures. The biggest disappointment was the spa. Even at roughly $700 per night, access to the pool or spa was not included. We assumed a five-star hotel would include basic facilities, especially since we wanted a relaxing few days after skiing. Charging €30 per person for two hours feels like a rip off, so I would not return or recommend it. The room TV is also outdated, with no Netflix, screen sharing, or smart features, just some news channels.
