Executive 1 BR in Oasis - 2

After living there for one year in a tiny studio, I moved out. The apartment was extremely small and poorly built, and the rent was already insanely high and has now increased even more without being justified. The fire alarms went off constantly, and one small gym served 2 residental buildings. Noise in front of the building came from delivery cars, trucks, garbage trucks, and people parking in the street and blocking it. Drivers would argue and honk at any time of day or night. Garage cards were also an issue, with people parking in front of the ramp and honking continuously until security opened the gate. Mold appeared throughout the building and inside apartments, with leakage from the top flor reaching lower ones. Whenever maintenance was contacted, they asked for money. Elevators frequently stopped working too. The only good point was that my work place and sport park were near by.

I arrived to find the room unclean, which was bad enough, but the problems continued afterward. I booked and paid for a cleaning service, nobody came, and they still refused to refund me. I also had to chase them over every penny. They are returning less of my security deposit, and I was told it would take 21 business days to come back. I have never experienced that before. Overall, it was a horrible experience.

The apartments were very clean, and the location was practical, with Carrefour supermarket and many other convenient stores nearby.

The 2BR bedrooms are especially small, and the price is crazy for the quality of the building. On the rainy single day I was there, more than 5 elevators in oasis 1 were not working. There is also constant noise from outside and from construction around the balcony. I would not recommend renting or investing here at all.
