I was very disappointed by the manager's behavior. He was extremely rude and did not seem to know how to speak to a customer. Changing the manager might help the business continue successfully.

Flamingo Hotel Apartments in Abu Dhabi is a practical, budget-friendly base in a central location. It can work for business or leisure stays, but it is a no-frills option, so expectations about luxury and extensive on-site facilities should be kept modest.

I don't feel comfortable there most of the time.

Don't choose these apartments for living. The service is extremely bad at every level, especially the internet, and complaints from us receive no action. It is one of the worst apartments I have seen. The hotel's policy feels like paying more only to receive poor service.

There are no real wow factors, but the service is good and the rooms are clean. It works well for a long stay, with a local store within walking distance and a hypermarket nearby.
