The maintenance staff are friendly, helpful, and good at their jobs, and they're fantastic people. But building management hasn't shown the urgency or accountability needed to fix the fire alarms. For over two years, there has been no lasting solution, despite the issue continuing throughout the 3 years I've lived here. The alarms have sounded daily at all hours for at least the last two years, including the middle of the night. Today alone, starting at 3:00am, it went off more than 12 times. The repeated noise disrupts our home and has made one of our cats highly anxious. We regularly get messages about fire alarm “testing,” but the system can clearly sound alarms. The problem is that it keeps being triggered, with no resolution. It's hard to understand why this critical safety system can malfunction so often without a permanent fix. Frequent false alarms may also make residents ignore them, which is a serious safety concern. Management seems more concerned about residents feeding or sheltering stray cats than about an issue affecting our wellbeing every day. This needs urgent attention and a long-term fix. I wouldn't recommend living here until it's resolved.

I own unit 416 at prime views Meydan and am very happy with the professional facilities management and excellent service the team provides to residents. Miss Iram, the building site in-charge, is kind, professional, and cooperative in managing the team. She also takes initiative to resolve day-to-day issues professionally. I'm grateful to all the teams, especially Iram. I'd recommend investors consider this building for the best return and professional support from the building team. Amal Saqer

The apartments are nice, but the fire alarm goes off nearly every day, often at 2am or 3am. It's been happening for a while and still hasn't been fixed. I'd recommend living somewhere else if you can. Otherwise, be ready to wake up almost every night.
