The restaurant staff were the best part of our stay at 8 Hotel on The Palm. They were friendly, attentive, and tried hard to handle our requests with a smile. The rooms were comfortable enough and decent, but nothing special. Reception left the opposite impression: the staff seemed disorganized, unhelpful, and less professional than we’d expect from a hotel of this standard. That affected how we felt about the property, and we wouldn’t come back. Thanks to the restaurant team for making part of the visit enjoyable.

Zanuar at Envy restaurant made our hotel stay feel special. He welcomed us warmly, kept an eye on every customer, and seemed to anticipate what people needed. He followed up on each request so well. His service lifted the whole experience, and we’ll definitely be back.
