The room at Ibis, Room No. 1023, was neat, comfortable, and well maintained, and the wonderful view made the stay even better. Srinivas from housekeeping deserves special thanks. He was always smiling, extremely polite, energetic, and professional. His care with cleanliness and his positive attitude really stood out. The rest of the staff were courteous too, and service was prompt. Everything felt comfortable and hassle-free, so I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

8/10
Daily cleaning, kind staff, and helpful service made this a comfortable hotel to stay in. The room has the minimum necessary furniture, along with a mini fridge, electric kettle, and TV. Tea bags, coffee, and 1L of drinking water were provided every day. The room is generally sound insulated, although the entrance door is not. During the night, some people spoke loudly and woke me up. I can recommend staying here.

I liked the quiet location of ibis Abu Dhabi Gate after busy days. It isn’t in the city center, but the road connections work well if you’re using a taxi or car. The compact room is typical for an ibis property, though it was thoughtfully arranged, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Housekeeping was regular and efficient. The staff were professional, polite, and quick to help, with easy check-in and check-out. Breakfast had a decent range of choices, and the dining area was clean and organized. The gym and swimming pool were useful shared facilities. For business trips or short stays, this offers reliable ibis-standard comfort at good value. I’d happily return.

The complimentary room upgrade was a lovely surprise, and the upgraded room was spotless, tidy, and well maintained. The front desk and housekeeping teams also helped make our two-day family stay smooth and comfortable. Since I already knew the property and its location, choosing this hotel again felt like the right decision. My little one especially enjoyed the small children’s play area, and the restaurant’s breakfast added to the pleasant experience. I’d definitely come back if I get the chance. Thanks to the whole team for making our family visit comfortable and memorable.
