During our business trip, we stayed at La Quinta Downtown Abu Dhabi and had a very pleasant experience. Its location at a major intersection, directly across from JW Marriott, made the hotel easy to find. We chose it because it was affordable while still providing complete facilities. The reception staff were particularly kind and patient. Since we were traveling for work from Indonesia without a credit card, payment was difficult, but they made every effort to suggest easier alternatives. We really appreciated their professionalism and understanding. There were many restaurants nearby, and if I’m not mistaken, a shopping center was also close. The hotel restaurant offered delicious food with plenty of variety, and its staff were friendly and welcoming. I sincerely hope to visit this beautiful country again one day.

The Jasmine Restaurant team made our baby’s dedication at La Quinta by Wyndham Abu Dhabi Al Wahda feel easy and memorable. From the planning stage through the end of the event, the manager and staff were responsive, kind, and attentive to every request. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared, and our guests repeatedly praised the dishes. We’re especially grateful to Julienne and the entire team for their warm hospitality and professionalism. A great choice for family gatherings and special occasions.

Our visit to La Quinta Hotel on 14th February was extremely disappointing because of Sunil’s behavior. He spoke to us in a rude and unprofessional way, and his attitude made us feel uncomfortable and disrespected. That kind of conduct is damaging to the hotel’s reputation, since guests expect courtesy and professionalism. Management should take immediate action, including proper training and discipline. If this is not addressed, we will not return or recommend the hotel.
