After 6 years of living here, I can say the management has been the worst during the past year. People are allowed to leave belongings and litter in the corridors with no action taken, and the elevators are constantly dirty, making the place look like a construction site. Four days ago, most tenants' parking cards were disabled because of an "update", and calls to reactivate them are simply being ignored. If you're thinking of moving here, don't.

Al Maha Tower in Marina Square offers a peaceful, family-friendly community with useful facilities. There are children's play areas, swimming pools, indoor parking, walking paths, community halls, and gyms. It's a comfortable and convenient place to live, particularly for families wanting a quieter environment.

The management is poor, especially the lady at reception and security. I was speaking to her on the phone and she dropped the call on me. They also threatened people with serious problems if they worked, even after we explained that no drilling would be done and the workers only needed to attach the curtains to the rod. They refused to let them go upstairs, which was ridiculous. I plan to move out after a few months and don't recommend living here. Save your time and money.

After 2 years in Marina Square, we left feeling that the place is falling apart quickly. Illegal subletting has made it overcrowded, with cockroaches and an overall mini-ghetto atmosphere. The garbage chute is regularly blocked, parking is a disaster, and screaming children with electric scooters have taken over the pool area. The views of the city or Reem Island are very nice, but 360 management, recently rebranded as King's???, is absolutely terrible.
