What made this hotel especially memorable was the staff. Every person we met was kind, professional, warm, and attentive to small details. We felt welcome, valued, and genuinely cared for throughout the visit, something I haven’t experienced even though I’ve traveled quite a lot. The food was delicious and offered plenty of high-quality choices. The facilities were well maintained, the service was impeccable, and the comfort was outstanding from arrival through departure. This felt like somewhere guests are appreciated and respected, not simply a place to sleep. I highly recommend it and am already looking forward to returning.

The quality was well above what I expected, and the location is perfect. I was also impressed by the décor, which reflects the local culture beautifully, even though people who usually prefer modern hotels would still appreciate it. Service felt consistently effortless and genuinely polite. Staff checked in proactively, even during little moments like sharing a lift, and there was a real sense that they cared about the experience. When I requested a late check-out, I was told within seconds that it was absolutely fine, with no suggestion that they were doing me a favour or that extra costs were involved. The complimentary room touches were thoughtful, and breakfast had better quality and variety than I usually find in similar hotels. It was a very pleasant surprise.

For New Year’s Eve, The St. Regis Abu Dhabi offers a comfortable premium setting with excellent fireworks views. Its Corniche location meant we could enjoy the display without dealing with overcrowded public areas. The evening was elegant but still lively, and the hotel’s venues and nearby areas gave us a fantastic view. Entry, seating, and service were all well organized, so everything felt smooth. Staff were attentive and professional throughout, as you’d expect from St. Regis. The NYE food and drinks were high quality, with good variety and presentation.

I’ve visited for Iftar three times, and every visit has been wonderful. The hospitality from the staff is truly appreciated, and they made each experience enjoyable. I’d especially like to thank Sandeep for his outstanding support and service. He was highly professional and made a real difference to the evening.
