Crown Palace Hotel Ajman

The air conditioning in our room didn't work, and the hotel was uncomfortably hot. Parts of the building also had a bad smell, while the facilities overall appeared poorly maintained. We first asked a staff member where the pool was, but he ignored us instead of helping. We later learned that the pool was closed for maintenance, something guests should have been told clearly. The service felt unprofessional, and this became one of my worst hotel experiences. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

We reached the Crowne Plaza Ajman at about 2:00 a.m. and couldn't move elsewhere immediately because we had no car. The lobby seemed decent at first, but the room was a completely different story. There was a strong cigarette odor, the linens were clearly unclean, and the bathroom was in very poor shape and needed major renovation. The cleanliness and maintenance were far below what I would expect from a Crowne Plaza property. It was an extremely disappointing stay, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel. If I could give a negative rating, I would do so without hesitation.

The rooms smelled bad, everything felt dirty, and the furniture looked as if it had come from a junkyard. Broken, neglected, and unpleasant sums the place up. There was no landline phone, the Wi-Fi was terrible, and the supposed service was practically nonexistent. The staff, including the manager, were extremely rude and seemed to have no idea how to speak to paying guests. The food was revolting and smelled like it had been left out for days. I regret going there. Crown Palace Hotel is an embarrassment, and staying there was a mistake. Avoid this dump at all costs.

The service here was unfortunately disappointing. Staff attitude and the overall hospitality were not satisfactory, and the service level fell short of what I expected. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the quality of service.
