Midtown Furnished Apartments

I really enjoyed this hotel. It was very nice and cool, and the people were respectful.

The room stayed far too hot because the AC was not working. The service was very bad, and I would not recommend this place. Very bad experience in my life.

We’ve stayed in these apartments for more than 6 months, and this was probably our 12th visit. The last two stays were pathetic, mainly because the rooms were not cleaned, with no towels or slippers provided. There was no telephone, the TVs didn’t work, and requests for amenities were ignored. Every time we returned from work, the room key had stopped working, and with nobody on the floor to help, we had to go back to reception to update it. A technician also spent half an hour trying to turn on a TV before claiming it did not work. We eventually got it on, but there were no channels. The furniture was broken too, including the sofa and table, so we could not use them.

The stay was extremely stressful. There was constant, terrible noise in the hallway and on the first floor, so there was no real peace. The room card also stopped working every 12 hours, which caused repeated confusion. The air conditioning failed at first, and the room became very hot and uncomfortable. After we complained, reception moved us, but the replacement room had weak air conditioning and a strong smoking smell. We had already requested a non-smoking room through the website, but nobody replied. Reception staff were also very difficult. Every two hours, they deliberately knocked on the door, especially Samir. He came to our room and unfairly removed my children, saying only three guests were allowed even though we had provided everyone's IDs. The next day, Rafa falsely accused us of bringing people in to sleep there and threatened to fine us for something that never happened. We complained to the manager. There was no cooperation or credibility at all, and I do not recommend this hotel.
