2BR 908 Bay Square B13

There’s plenty of room to spend an afternoon here, with lots of restaurants and cafes to choose from. The modern buildings have great architecture and generous space between them. It’s a residential and commercial area with spacious parking, places for kids to play, and room to walk a pet or go for an early jog if you live here.

I wouldn’t recommend living here. Building 11 is surrounded by so much construction that you won’t be able to sleep. Three apartments on the 8th floor have partitions.

I went for a business meeting, got the deal, so congratulate me if you read this! It’s a lovely place to visit, with a prayer room, male and female washrooms, plenty of coffee spots, bank ATMs, and pretty much everything available.

I’m here often for the bank or cafes. It’s a very good office building in the Business Bay area. Most of the buildings have green parking, with one hour free, which is enough time for a meal or an office visit.
