Security is the main problem across DAMAC projects. The guards act like they own the building. They say “Bikes are not allowed,” even though cars are parked in the same spot. They won’t show any official document or give their names. Even after calling the police and hearing that they’re wrong, they still try to play the boss.

For a couple or working professional who wants a well-run building with plenty of amenities, Capital Bay has a lot going for it, especially its prime Business Bay address. The premium price makes sense for the right tenant or buyer, though it isn't the cheapest in the area. Families who need shops within easy walking distance may find it less suitable.

Getting around is a real problem if you don't have a car: buses 19A and 19B don't run from here to the metro station on weekends. The area also has very few restaurants or grocery shops, and no nearby laundry, pharmacy, or recreation centers. On top of that, it's extremely expensive, and the security feels very poor, with treatment that seems discriminatory based on color.

The building now goes by DAMAC Maison De Ville Breeze, a 4 Star hotel/apartment. Before that it was called NAIA Breeze, and earlier it was known as Capital Bay Towers.
