The apartment was a nightmare for our family, and absolutely not worth the nearly €7,000 we paid for a week. We expected a premium stay, but found a run-down place in poor repair that felt like a health hazard, especially for children. There was mold in the dirty bathrooms, broken and loose toilet seats, a crumbling ceiling, stained furniture, and a dirty balcony and glass panels. It hadn’t been properly cleaned before we arrived. Live wires protruded from the mirror, a potential death trap for kids, and the washing machine didn’t work. There was no proper space for shoes or jackets, the old bed headboards were unhygienic, and the main door had no lock. We gave management plenty of time and chances to put things right. Workers came, but most problems remained. We called again and again, sometimes waited days, and often got no result. All they consistently offered was to send someone, without actually solving things. This isn’t suitable for families or any adult expecting basic cleanliness and safety. There was also loud music and partying late into the night from Thursday through Sunday. The main pools were full of drunk people and booming club music, not what you want on a relaxing holiday. We strongly recommend avoiding this place. You’ll regret spending your money here.
